- The NCP1399AM of the NCP1399 family is a high-performance current mode controller for half-bridge resonant converters. The controller implements a 600 V gate driver, simplifying the layout and reducing the external component count. The NCP1399 AM controller chip allows safe operation in any application, including overload protection, overcurrent protection against hard switching cycles, Undervoltage detection, open optocoupler detection, automatic dead time adjustment, overvoltage (OVP) and overtemperature (OTP) protection, etc.
